President Joe Biden is not well. During an event in North Carolina this week, he called out to the crowd in search of Rep. Deborah Ross (D., N.C.), who wasn't there even though Biden, 81, seemed to think he had just taken a photo with her.
"Where's Deborah?" the president asked. "I just had my picture taken with her, that's probably why she left. No, all kidding aside, but anyway. Oh, she couldn't be here, actually. That's not true. I got it mixed up."
Biden's flub was reminiscent of the infamous "Where's Jackie?" debacle in September 2022, when he called out to the audience in search of Rep. Jackie Walorski (R., Ind.), who died in a car accident nearly two months prior.
