Joe Biden grows increasingly befuddled by the day.
The 80-year-old man, who is technically president of the United States, wanders up to microphones and starts talking without knowing why. He struggles to read words off the teleprompter. When he's done talking, he has no idea where to go until his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, commands him.
This week Biden confused the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist group with Hamas when vowing to support Israel's effort to "prevent its reassur... reemergence in... in both... anyway." He proceeded to thank Israel as well as "the Palestinian—excuse me, and President Sisi of Egypt." He was generally clueless, as is often the case.
We are fortunate to have such an alert, capable leader during this time of international crisis and anti-Semitic violence.
