During an interview this week, President Joe Biden challenged Americans to just "watch" him if they're concerned about the octogenarian's deteriorating mental function.
On a related note, Biden reclaimed his title of number bungler as he touted "159 thous— billion dollars" and recounted an alarming story of a military nurse, named "Pearl Nelson," who would "come in and do things" to him that "I don't think you learn in nursing school."
In his remarks to the House Democratic Caucus Conference this week, Biden also added a new term to his alternative alphabet, claiming a 100-year-old Baltimore tunnel would "trange transporation."
