President Joe Biden spent the short week post-Labor Day behaving like a semi-coherent geezer, coining new phrases such as "be blittle blike" and "may God prect our troops." His efforts to form coherent sentences are often stymied by his dilapidated grandpa brain, yet he somehow manages to be more intelligible than Vice President Kamala Harris.
"The bad news for you all is I'm here because of you," Biden told a crowd of union members. "I sometimes wonder … anyway."
