The events of this past week suggest President Joe Biden is planning to get out there on the campaign trail and actually run for reelection instead of hiding in his basement where he belongs. It's going to be a long election season.
Biden, 81, was alarmingly incoherent during a series of campaign-style events in the Midwest. He praised the "biparsinfwratureh law," the automaker "Tulsa," and other nonsense that can't even be transcribed in English. "Every time that I hear 'Hail to the Chief' I wonder where the hell is he?" Biden joked at the White House.
