For the press covering the Democratic National Convention, the "joy" that came with Vice President Kamala Harris's coronation as presidential nominee hasn't stopped, with liberal pundits spouting the same talking points about Harris and her campaign of "positive vibes."
As the DNC kicked off Monday, cable news talking heads and Democratic officials lauded Harris's "joyful" campaign, a line that has blanketed airwaves since the unsuccessful border czar replaced President Joe Biden at the top of the ticket.
"I have never seen something like what we're seeing going on, the excitement, the joy, the happiness," former Virginia governor Terry McAuliffe told MSNBC.
"The word I hear more is the word 'joy,'" said CNN's Erin Burnett. "Energy and joy," echoed MSNBC's Joe Scarborough.
