A Cleveland city councilman and former state representative has been charged with driving under the influence, Fox Cleveland reports.
Councilman Eugene Miller was pulled over early Sunday.
A complaint was filed last year against Miller with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Miller was accused of harassment and using abusive language. The complaint was settled, but the woman who filed the complaint no longer works for the city council.
It is unclear if Miller was using abusive language and driving drunk at the same time.
