President Donald Trump called former FBI Director James Comey "cowardly" during a Sunday morning tweet-storm, three days after Comey testified to the Senate Intelligence Committee.
He questioned whether Comey's leak of a memo about a private conversation he had with Trump was "totally illegal" and called it "very cowardly!"
Comey's testimony Thursday marked his first public remarks since Trump fired him on May 9. Comey called Trump a liar, said Trump defamed him and the FBI after dismissing him, and he said he felt he was fired because of the way the Russia investigation was being handled.
Through a friend, Comey leaked a memo to the media about a conversation where he said Trump hoped Comey would let go of the investigation into ex-National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.
I believe the James Comey leaks will be far more prevalent than anyone ever thought possible. Totally illegal? Very 'cowardly!'

Trump said Friday that Comey's claims about the Flynn conversation and that he asked for Comey's loyalty were not true. He said he would be willing to testify under oath to that effect.
Trump also tweeted Sunday that the media was not reporting positive news about the economy, and he said Democrats were "obstructionists."
The Democrats have no message, not on economics, not on taxes, not on jobs, not on failing #Obamacare. They are only OBSTRUCTIONISTS!
