Congresswoman Gabbard: ‘There Was No Plan after Plan’ for Libya

The Middle East is a mess right now, in part because of actions by Hillary Clinton as secretary of state. The United States has closed embassies in Somalia, Syria, and Lybia, and could be shutting down the embassy in Yemen.

When President Obama and Secretary Clinton issued orders to send tomahawk missiles to Libya to help take out Gadafi, there was no after plan. Since their involvement in Lybia's civil war, the rebels have taken over the United States embassy and pool.

"When President Obama and Secretary Clinton made that decision to go in and try to get rid of Gadafi, there was no after plan. There was no plan on what happens next," said Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D., Hawaii), who sits on the  House Armed Services Committee.

Gabbard also mentioned that it is in the United States' best interest to stay out of civil wars in the Middle East.
