Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) relaxed the dress code for U.S. senators (but not their employees) so that notorious slob John Fetterman (D., Pa.) can wear hoodies and basketball shorts to work.
Fetterman, whose doctor falsely claimed the Democrat would face "no work restrictions" after suffering a stroke last year, apparently felt that wearing a suit and tie to the office was too restricting.

Senators can now "choose what they wear" in the upper chamber, Schumer told Axios last week. As Sen. Susan Collins (R., Maine) pointed out, there don't appear to be any restrictions on attire under the new rules. "Obviously, I'm not going to wear a bikini," she said. "But the fact is, as I understand it, I could!"
It turns out Fetterman isn't the only senator taking advantage of the new dress code. Please enjoy the following photos of your senators wearing whatever the hell they want in the hallowed halls of the U.S. Capitol.
