Don’t Get on Jadeveon Clowney’s Bad Side

Jadeveon Clowney’s 2013 Heisman campaign has its first highlight.

In the Outback Bowl versus the Michigan Wolverines, the South Carolina sophomore defensive dynamo impaled Michigan running back Vincent Smith, forcing and recovering Smith’s fumble.

This was just after the Wolverines were given an extremely generous measurement by officials, providing Michigan a fresh set of downs.  The very next play, Clowney proceeded to single-handedly reverse momentum and recovered possession for the Gamecocks.

South Carolina clawed to a 33-28 victory over the Wolverines.
