Fashion designer Philipp Plein defended President Trump's youngest daughter, Tiffany Trump, after she was treated as a pariah by some while attending New York Fashion Week.
Plein, who hosted the fashion show, told TMZ this week that Trump did not deserve the treatment she received. He was dismayed that two fashion editors who were sitting next to the 23-year-old got up and left when they realized she was President Trump's daughter.

"Tiffany Trump is not a politician; she is a teenager," Plein said. "Correct me if I'm wrong. She's 22, 23 years old. I don't think she has anything to do with the drama and all the discussion going on."
"I'm not a politician; I'm not here to judge anybody," Plein continued. "I couldn't care less. I just think it's not right to judge or treat someone not with respect because she or he is the daughter or son of someone people might not like. I think that's so bad."
The fashion designer added that people may not like President Trump for his political views, but it is wrong to take out any negative feelings about the president on his daughter.
The TMZ cameraman then asked Plein why he invited Trump to his show.
"There was a request from her PR office to come over to see the show. I said why not," Plein said. "I do fashion, and we are in a free country. I let everybody come to the show who want to come and are interested."
