President Donald J. Trump appeared to walk back his previous demand for a Ukrainian-led investigation into Joe Biden and his wayward son, Hunter, during a recent phone conversation with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky, according to a transcript of the call obtained exclusively by the Washington Free Beacon.
