Biden Calls America Rising Tracker a 'Real Prick'

September 6, 2018

Former Vice President Joe Biden called a campaign tracker from the conservative political action committee America Rising a "real prick" during a Labor Day parade in Pittsburgh.

"You're a real prick, you know that?" Biden said to the cameraman in a video uploaded on Thursday.

"I'm running late," Biden added before stopping to take a picture with someone.

Throughout the video, a woman tries to block the camera from capturing Biden by throwing her hands in the air.

Biden, who considered running for president in the 2016 election, said he would decide if he will run in 2020 by January 2019. The former vice president is a frequent critique of President Donald Trump and often criticizes the lack of civility that comes from the Trump administration.

"I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired about what's going on in this country today," Biden said at a campaign event in New Jersey. "This is not who we are. This is not the America I know."

"We are a generous people. We are an honorable people. We are an inclusive people," he added.

Biden, a former senator from Delaware, ran for president briefly in 1988 and again in 2008 before Barack Obama made him his running mate that year.
