As Vice President Kamala Harris's Jewish husband Doug Emhoff works to combat a growing "anti-Semitism crisis" in America, his daughter is raising funds for an anti-Israel group with alleged terrorism ties.

The familial divide highlights a growing problem for the White House as it tries to maintain robust support for Israel while facing calls from the Democratic Party’s far-left flank to abandon military aid to the Jewish state.

Emhoff has become the face of the Biden administration’s efforts to combat a deluge of anti-Semitic incidents across the country since Hamas launched its unprecedented Oct. 7 attack on Israel. "It’s an anti-Semitism crisis," Emhoff said in a recent speech, describing the situation as "unprecedented."

Amid these efforts, Emhoff’s daughter, Ella, has been raising funds for an anti-Israel charity that has promoted boycotts of the Jewish state and partnered with those allegedly providing funding to Hamas and other terror groups, according to a Washington Free Beacon review of the nonprofit.

Ella Emhoff, in an Instagram posting last week, urged her 315,000 followers to donate to the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund, a nonprofit that claims to have raised more than $7.8 million "for Gaza’s children," according to the New York Post.

Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund, which was established in 1991 to provide "medical care to Palestinian children who suffer war-related injuries," allegedly worked alongside two organizations that were shuttered by the federal government in the early 1990s for providing funding to Hamas, as well as other terror outfits.

The charity also has hosted events commemorating the so-called Palestinian Nakba, or the "catastrophe" of Israel’s creation.

Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund’s founder, Steve Sosebee, is a vocal Israel critic on social media, promoting the anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement, which wages economic warfare on Israel. The charity, he says, was created as "a good way to contribute to the struggle" against Israel’s so-called occupation of Palestinian lands.

Sosebee, who says that "probably a lot" of his views reflect his charity’s mindset, has promoted claims that Israel is an "apartheid" state engaged in the "ethnic cleansing" of Palestinians, according to a review of his social media postings.

Sosebee has also reportedly claimed that U.S. foreign policy is being manipulated by a "Zionist lobby" and "Zionist influence," an accusation long considered anti-Semitic in nature.

The White House did not respond to a request for comment on its position about Ella Emhoff’s support for the organization, or if these efforts conflict with her father’s work on the anti-Semitism portfolio.

Doug Emhoff, in recent comments published by Politico, said that pro-Palestinian protests against Israel’s defensive operations have crossed the line into blatant anti-Semitism.

"It’s an anti-Semitism crisis, to be clear, on our campuses and even in our K-through-12 schools, on our streets and our markets, wherever you go," Emhoff said. "There seems to be a conflation of not being able to separate the actions of the Israeli government and Jewish people and taking out feelings that they have about the actions of the Israeli government on all Jews, irrespective of how those Jews may also feel about the actions of the Israeli government. And that is very concerning."
