Chelsea Clinton has been using Twitter to voice her opposition to President Trump's policies, but on Tuesday night the former First Daughter used her social media platform to show off her spinach pancakes in honor of National Pancake Day.
"Spinach pancakes for #NationalPancakeDay (we won't eat them all tonight although Charlotte would if we let her)!" Clinton captioned the tweet.

While it was a lighthearted tweet, Clinton received backlash over her picture as many people responded with emojis and GIFs to emphasize their disapproval of her taste in pancakes.

Despite the backlash, there were others who were curious to know more about the pancakes, including some people inquiring about the recipe.
@ChelseaClinton How strong is the spinach taste in these? Maybe we will try them!
