This Is What Weakness Looks Like: Vivek Ramaswamy Postpones Iowa Events Due to Bad Weather

'If you can't handle the snow, you can't handle Xi Jinping,' Vivek said Monday. (He couldn't handle the snow.)

What happened: Vivek Ramaswamy, the obnoxious GOP primary candidate, postponed several events in Iowa on Tuesday due to "travel and weather advisories," which he said made it "effectively impossible to safely [travel]."

Why it matters: If Ramaswamy is too weak to confront the Iowa winter, he will never muster the strength required to confront Xi Jinping, the communist dictator of China.

What they're saying: "We're not cancelling," Ramaswamy wrote on Monday after learning that rival candidate Nikki Haley had prudently rearranged her campaign schedule. "If you can't handle the snow, you can't handle Xi Jinping."

Crucial context: Axios reports that Ramaswamy's campaign is showing "signs of unraveling" ahead of next week's Iowa caucuses, in which he is expected to finish a distant fourth. Ramaswamy failed to qualify for the Republican primary debate on Wednesday, and his campaign staff have been looking for new jobs since early November.

Bottom line: He won't be missed.
