Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough denied yelling "fuck Trump" before Monday night's college football championship game, claiming he actually said "Georgia" instead.

Sports Illustrated flagged the video that was tweeted out from Sporting News. The clip of Scarbrough yelling before taking the field in Atlanta for the final game of the college football season went viral.

President Donald Trump attended the game and stood on the field for the national anthem.

In a Tuesday morning tweet following Alabama’s win, Scarbrough linked to the video and claimed that he was actually yelling "fuck Georgia."

"If ya’ll really listen I said Georgia smh about ya'll people in this world," Scarbrough posted to Twitter.

Scarbrough only contributed 24 yards of offense in Alabama's come-from-behind, 26-23 victory.
