Actor Seth Rogen found that Donald Trump Jr. follows him on Twitter and sent the president's son several messages on Thursday, including one requesting Trump Jr. ask his father "to resign before he destroys the planet."
"I noticed you follow me on Twitter," Rogen wrote to President Trump's eldest son. "Please ask your dad to resign before he destroys the planet. Thanks dude."
It is unclear if the comedic actor was joking, but he has previously mocked Trump and spoken out against the president's controversial travel ban.
Yo! @DonaldJTrumpJr! I noticed you follow me on Twitter. Please ask your dad to resign before he destroys the planet. Thanks dude.

"Your father is trying to discredit our media, collude with Russia, and destroy the environment," Rogen said in a direct message that he posted to his Twitter timeline.
Rogen nudged Trump Jr. to suggest his father go back to hosting game shows and further investigate the president's ties to Russia.
"It would be super cool of you to be like 'yo, dad, why don't you stop all this and go back to being just a guy on TV,'" Rogen wrote.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R., Utah), chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, also managed to make it into Rogen's timeline.
"Please tell your dad that this guy Jason Chaffetz ... should probably investigate Flynn's connection to Russia," Rogen said, referencing President Trump's former national security adviser, Michael Flynn.
If @jasoninthehouse won't investigate Flynn's ties to Russia, maybe I can get his boss' son to help me do it. pic.twitter.com/bmOfDDepC3

Rogen then repeated himself in an apparent effort to ensure his message was heard.
