After a flood of negative coverage about the Clinton Foundation that has overshadowed much of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, MSNBC's Luke Russert reported Friday some Obama insiders told him "this is what you get when you get Bill and Hillary."
"The most coverage has been about her problems with the Clinton Global Initiative, with the Benghazi investigation," he said on Andrea Mitchell Reports. "It seems that no matter what they try and do to shift the narrative to policy, it ultimately comes back down to possible improprieties related to what they did at the foundation, or what happened when she was at State during the Benghazi incident ... It's been more about her personal problems ... I spoke to some people from the Obama camp, who sort of have said, 'See? This is what you get when you get Bill and Hillary.'"
