House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif) said Friday that President Trump is making Republican legislators look like "fools" by inviting them to bowl at the White House.
Pelosi mocked Trump and Republicans for their bowling outings during a Christian Science Monitor breakfast, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
"I really do think he's making fools of his own people quite frankly," Pelosi said. "You don't agree philosophically in what the legislation is? Let's go bowling at the White House. Come on."

A group of Republicans went bowling at the alley in the White House basement on Thursday evening. The White House also invited conservative lawmakers skeptical of House Republicans' Obamacare replacement bill to hit the lanes at the White House next week. Some conservative lawmakers and groups have opposed the Republican health care plan, for which Trump and House Speaker Paul Ryan (R., Wis.) are trying to garner support.
"If he's in a deal-making [mood] does that mean bowling at the White House in return for support for legislation? I mean, I find the charm offensive offensive," Pelosi said of the bowling outings. "I really do."
Pelosi's criticism of Republicans bowling is reminiscent of the GOP slamming former President Barack Obama for his frequent golf outings while in office, which sometimes took place amid domestic and international crises.
It is unclear whether Pelosi called out her Republican colleagues for criticizing Obama's golfing.
