A professor at Georgetown University tweeted that "entitled white" Republican senators who were at Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's hearing deserve castration and "miserable deaths."
"Look at [this] chorus of entitled white men justifying a serial rapist’s arrogated entitlement," wrote Carol Christine Fair, an associate professor in Georgetown's security studies program. "All of them deserve miserable deaths while feminists laugh as they take their last gasps. Bonus: we castrate their corpses and feed them to swine? Yes."
A Georgetown University spokesperson told Fox News the views of faculty members expressed in their private capacities are not the views of the university.
"Our policy does not prohibit speech based on the person presenting ideas or the content of those ideas, even when those ideas may be difficult, controversial or objectionable," the spokesperson said. "While faculty members may exercise freedom of speech, we expect that their classrooms and interaction with students be free of bias and geared toward thoughtful, respectful dialogue."
The tweets by Fair were originally reported by Campus Reform. One student who spoke to the news website said, "I don’t think people that Georgetown actually employs should be held to a significantly lower standard. And clearly, any of her students that see this rant are going to feel threatened if they have opinions that differ from hers."
When asked for comment, Fair told Campus Reform, "There is a war going on against women and you, and your despicable herd of so-called journalists seeking to protect male privilege and shame women for our victimization or our rage are complicit in this war."
Fair runs a blog called ShitMenSay, where she posts "snarcastic missives based upon the shit men (and sometimes woman-hating women) say to me via email, voicemail and comments ‘deposited’ on my various social media like celestial droppings of stupidity."
She has published home addresses, phone numbers, and places of employment of people who contacted her, although she says the blog "is not about 'doxxing' foes or people with whom I disagree politically or otherwise."
Fair runs another blog called Tenacious Hellpussy, which she describes as "a nasty woman posting from the frontlines of fuckery." On that blog, Fair responded to questions about her tweet, Campus Reform reported:
Fair published Campus Reform’s request for comment and her response on her blog in a post titled: When "Aunt Lydia" of Campus Reform Tried to Launch Another Harassment Campaign: This is what she got.
"Dear Aunt Lydia (or perhaps, more appropriately, Rachel Mitchell? Which do you prefer? I prefer Aunt Lydia, so I"ll roll with that. Cool?)" she says at the start of her response.
"You don’t like my violent words—which in fact are not posing a threat to anyone. I am not calling for violence. I merely speaking to what my spirituality says these vile souls deserve," Professor Fair writes.
"Surely, as a fine upstanding Christian, you condemn the goddless heathens like me to an afterlife of hell? You can micturate in your yoga pants at my WORDS, but I am angry at the VIOLENCE done to women and children in this country and the preponderant complicity of ONE political party right now" she continues.
Last week, Fair referred to "Kreepy Kavanaugh" as a "perjurer" and a "rapist" on Twitter. She also referred to the Republican Party as "pro-rape, pro-pederasty, pro-perjury, pro-corruption, pro-Russian hacking, pro-child trafficking, pro-white male supremacy, pro-VERY-late-term abortion of children with AR-15’s … a f---ing death cult" and "filthy swine."
"F--- Trump and f--- you for voting for him," Fair wrote on Tumblr. "What AMAZES me about Trumpanzees … apart from the fact that they are a bunch of Xphobic, women-hating, white supremacist, whiney-ass snowflakes who love a criminal traitor …"
Fair has described MAGA hats as "socially-acceptable Klan hoods that say ‘I heart White-Male-Christian Supremacy.'"
Fair also tweeted at Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) last week, telling him, "F--- off. You hate women."
"YOU knew of these allegations and thus sought to ram this rapists into our snatches before the info leaked. I hope you are sexually assaulted one day," Fair continued. "Then maybe you'll realize what an execrable prick you are. I actually hope that happens. Soon."
A student reviewing her Security Studies 573 course, entitled "Security Issues in South Asia," wrote, "There is no discussion, questioning, or debate in her class. You must simply sit and listen to her opinions which are frequently incoherent and disjointed. Worse, her lectures are never supported, just presented as unvarnished dogma."
Fair's Twitter account has been suspended.
