There was dispute over just how fast the Welshman was able to guzzle the bottle. 10 seconds? 13 seconds? 15 seconds?
The Washington Free Beacon has determined that Williams drank the bottle in 14.3 seconds.
Williams received many adoring fans, marriage proposals, and plenty of compliments on his beard. His YouTube video, which now has 2.8 million views, appeared with the caption, "Whiskey, like a beautiful woman, demands appreciation. You gaze first, then it's time to drink!"

Williams has since said he regrets downing the bottle, but regrets are for suckers.
