Hillary Clinton to Campaign for Ethically Bankrupt Man

Two people who will do anything for power.

Hillary Clinton is traveling to Florida next month to headline a fundraising event for Charlie Crist, an ethically bankrupt man.

Crist is the Democratic nominee for governor, a position he once held as a Republican. After losing the GOP Senate primary to Marco Rubio in 2010, Crist was so desperate for attention he stayed in the race as an independent, only to lose again, despite his shameless attempt to get Democrat Kendrick Meek to drop out of the race. Here’s how Meek described an encounter with Crist just days before the election:

"He said, ‘If you were to drop out and work with me and help me we together can beat Marco Rubio,’" Mr. Meek recalled. "I said, ‘Governor, that’s a non-starter.’

"Then he dug down into his pocket and pulled a small cross out," Mr. Meek continued. "He said his sister gave it to him and he wanted to give it to me so I would think about it."

Mr. Meek said Mr. Crist had been calling him repeatedly all weekend, and that he blames Mr. Crist for spreading rumors in recent weeks that he was going to drop out of the three–way race against Mr. Rubio, the GOP nominee.

What a creep. In 2012, Crist claimed he left the Republican Party because of racism, endorsed Barack Obama for reelection, and spoke at the Democratic National Convention. He officially became a Democrat in 2013.

When he’s not running for political office, Crist is channeling John Edwards in these television ads for his ambulance-chasing law firm.

Like Sean Eldridge, Crist is another Democratic politician who must not be allowed to win—for the sake of America.
