Former Vermont Gov. and Hillary Clinton surrogate Howard Dean asked on Monday night via Twitter if Donald Trump was using cocaine during the first presidential debate.
Trump was sniffling at times throughout the debate, causing Dean, a former chair of the Democratic National Committee, to wonder what might be the cause.
The former governor then asked on Twitter if Trump’s sniffles were due to illegal drugs.

"Coke" is a slang term for cocaine, which is often snorted.
