With Hillary Clinton struggling under her private email server scandal and now lagging in the polls, CNN at the Iowa State Fair Friday found many Democrats unsure whether they will support the frontrunner.
"I’m not sure. I don’t know," Becky Danilson said. "As much as I’d like to see a woman in there, definitely … I don’t know about her being the one."
With Clinton vulnerable, other Democrats like Vice President Joe Biden and former Vice President Al Gore are reportedly considering runs to challenge her for the nomination. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) has gained on Clinton in Iowa and now leads her in New Hampshire.
"Some people say ‘I hope Joe Biden jumps in.’ It’ll give a good choice. It’ll give more depth," John Neiderbach, a member of the Iowa Democratic Party said. "I’m truly undecided."
