Mark Regev, spokesman for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke out against Hamas during an appearance on CNN. This comes after the bodies of three Israeli teenagers, kidnapped by Hamas, were found in the Palestinian area of Hebron, as previously reported by the Washington Free Beacon’s Adam Kredo.
"Obviously it’s a very difficult day for all Israelis. Those three teenagers were brutally murdered by Hamas. Their bodies were discovered, it’s a difficult day for us all," Regev sorrowfully said on the Situation Room.
He said the recent kidnappings and subsequent killings depict an all too accurate picture of Hamas’ mission. "I think this atrocity demonstrates clearly what Hamas is all about. Hamas is a brutal terrorist organization committed to a terror war against every Israeli civilian, man, woman, and as you can see in this example- children as well," he explained.
Regev said Israel’s current focus remains on bringing Hamas to justice. "There can be no doubt that Hamas, which is an extreme Islamist organization, is committed to an extreme agenda, a very radical agenda, a very nihilistic agenda," he warned.
