National Journal Writer: Obama W.H. Put Politics Before Transparency on Benghazi

Fournier: ‘It undermines their credibility'

National Journal’s Ron Fournier on Wednesday argued the Obama Administration always "put politics first" rather than disclosing the truth when dealing with their latest scandals.

"It began to undermine their credibility. Starting with Benghazi, then the IRS incident, and with ACA; the idea that you could keep you doctor if you wanted to. It’s undermining his credibility, that’s what has brought down his numbers," Fournier said on CNN’s New Day.

According to a new WaPo/ABC poll just 41 percent of American adults approve of Obama’s job as president, with 52 percent saying they disapprove. It’s the worst rating Obama has received in a Post-ABC poll since he became president in 2009.
