Kellyanne Conway, counselor to President Donald Trump, sparred with Chelsea Clinton on Twitter on Friday. The feud stemmed from Conway referencing the "Bowling Green Massacre" during a Thursday interview on MSNBC.
The exchange began when Clinton tweeted her gratitude that no one had been injured in the incident Friday at the Louvre museum in Paris, where a machete-wielding man was stopped by a French solider–or the "completely fake Bowling Green Massacre."
Very grateful no one seriously hurt in the Louvre attack ...or the (completely fake) Bowling Green Massacre. Please don't make up attacks.

Clinton was referencing an interview the prior day in which Conway told MSNBC that two Iraqi refugees carried out an attack at Bowling Green, Ky. No such incident occurred, however.
Conway struck back on Twitter, reminding Clinton that President Trump won the general election and that her mother has been embroiled in a fake attack scandal of her own.
"Bosnia lie a Great reminder," Conway wrote at the beginning of her tweet, referencing Hillary Clinton's false claim that she landed under sniper fire in Bosnia in 1996.
Bosnia lie a Great reminder. And 2 @ChelseaClinton & others, you can't "invent" quality candidates either. I misspoke; you lost the election https://t.co/7TwnX2b5yA

Conway concluded her tweet by pointing out that she was the one working in the White House now.
"I misspoke; you lost the election," Conway wrote to Clinton.
