NBC anchor Chuck Todd said Thursday that the Democratic Party has the oldest slate of candidates for president.
Todd said even if Vice President Joe Biden enters the presidential race, none of the Democrat candidates would be younger than 67.
"It is amazing though if he gets in the three leading candidates, no one will be younger than 67, I believe," Todd said. "The Democratic Party, the party of younger voters has the oldest slate of candidates."
Todd said Biden is in discussions with his allies about a potential presidential run and that Biden believes he could run a better campaign than Hillary Clinton.
"I can just tell you based on conversations that I know he's had with people, he doesn't believe she's been running a good campaign and he believes he could run a better campaign than her," Todd said.
