Ray has previously done work on behalf on the Obama administration, having recently hosted vice president and 2016 frontrunner Joe Biden on her show to promote Obamacare. Ray observed that Biden had "the most glowing, perfect skin of any person" she had ever seen.

You may be wondering: Is Rachael Ray qualified for such an important leadership role? Let’s take a look at her leadership experience:

  • Started her own business
  • Built a cooking empire
  • Launched a magazine, Every Day With Rachel Ray
  • Executive producer/host on the Food Network
  • Coined catchphrases such as "yum-o," and "Oh my gravy!"

At the very least, she seems more qualified for an executive role than Barack Obama was when he first ran for president. In 2008, Obama's executive experience consisted of:

  • Editing a college journal
  • Community organizing
  • Writing a book
  • Writing another book
  • Running for president

This raises some important questions, namely: Biden-Ray in 2016? Or Ray-Biden?
