With All Due Respect host Mark Halperin said Monday that Hillary Clinton should have the courage to be specific on her college affordability plan.
Clinton revealed her plan during a town hall meeting in New Hampshire. The plan would spend $350 billion over ten years. The funds would come from an imposed limit on the number of itemized dedications for wealthy individuals.
Halperin said that Clinton was not specific on what deductions she would cap.
"Proposing unspecified tax increases, I think, is not wise politically," Halperin said. "Specify them. Have the courage to specify them if you want to spend that much money."
