President Donald Trump couldn't resist needling the media on Friday, even when their costumed children were visiting the Oval Office in celebration of Halloween.
"I cannot believe the media produced such beautiful children," Trump said.
"How the media did this I don't know," he said.
Trump made small talk with the children gathered around his desk and posed for photos.
Trump has one of the most antagonistic relationships with the press of any politician in recent memory, often railing against "fake news" from his Twitter account and complaining of unfair and biased coverage.
