While criticizing Republicans in Congress for not agreeing with him, President Obama told his audience in Austin, Texas, on Thursday, "I'm just telling the truth now. I don't have to run for office again, so I can just, you know, let her rip."
Obama also assured listeners that he is "really not that partisan of a guy."
"My favorite president is the first Republican president, a guy named Abraham Lincoln."
