Sen. Kay Hagan (D., N.C.) refused to say whether President Obama’s policies were on the ballot or not during a debate with opponent Thom Tillis.

George Stephanopoulos referenced a comment President Obama made last week regarding the midterm elections: "My policies are on the ballot. Every single one of them."

Hagan refused to provide a definitive answer, and instead attacked her opponent, Republican Thom Tillis, for making her sound like a mouthpiece for the president.

"This race is about who is going to represent North Carolina in the U.S. Senate, and I think North Carolinians want a common-sense voice," Hagan said.
