White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said he does not know if President Obama has attempted to log onto healthcare.gov and access the exchanges Wednesday in the White House press conference.
The Illinois healthcare exchange is run by the federal government, along with 36 other states.
Illinois' state landing page has experienced extensive technical issues since its debut last week.
It is unclear if President Obama has been personally affected by his own administration's incompetence in implementing the new exchanges.
