Michelle Nunn doesn't want to say whether she voted for Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012, but she has no problem cutting an ad with one of the president's major financial backers.
The following clip from America Rising shows Nunn refusing to answer a question about voting for Obama, just as Kentucky Democrat Alison Lundergan Grimes has refused to do on multiple awkward occasions:
That was taken on Wednesday. On Thursday, Nunn's campaign released an attack ad featuring Roy Richards, Jr., whose father founded a successful Georgia-based cable manufacturing company the current leadership of which is made up almost entirely of white men. Nunn is more than happy to tout her endorsement from Richards, a major Democratic donor who has given money to Obama, Nunn, and Stephen Colbert's sister. Here's the ad:
