Clinton Takes Apparent Shot at Trump's Tweeting Habits

Former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton knocked President Donald Trump on Tuesday for his tweeting habits, suggesting that using Twitter for diplomacy is ineffective.

"Negotiations are critical, but they have to be part of a broader strategy, not just thrown up on a tweet some morning," Clinton argued after discussing U.S. diplomacy with North Korea.

"'Hey, let's get together and, you know, see if we can't get along and maybe we can, you know, come up with some sort of a deal.' That doesn't work," Clinton said in an apparent mocking of Trump.

Clinton made the comments during an interview with CNN reporter Christiane Amanpour.
