Rep. Brad Sherman (D., Calif.) tweeted Wednesday that North Korea may be able to smuggle a nuclear weapon into the U.S. by hiding it inside a bale of marijuana.
In a series of tweets, Sherman criticized the Trump administration's "weak" resolve regarding the crisis and said China would only take "token" steps to pressure North Korea over its antagonistic actions, Mediaite reported.
He also voiced concern that North Korea could sell nuclear weapons to Iran.

At classified briefing @VP urged members to "convey the Administration's level of resolve to confront N. Korea." That resolve is weak, phony

Trump will pressure China only slightly, no tariffs. Wallstreet wins. China will take only token steps against N. Korea. Kim Jong-un wins.
