Spectators in Pensacola, Fla., were enjoying a perfect day on the beach this past July when they were treated to flyover by the Blue Angels. Little did they know they would soon experience what's being called "the most American flyover ever."

The Blue Angels, a United States Navy flight demonstration squadron, were on hand to provide the beachgoers with entertainment at the Pensacola Beach Air Show. People watched in awe as one plane flew over the water and another zipped over the beach itself, upending umbrellas and sending towels and chairs flying through the air.

Luckily, everyone seemed to find humor in what they had just witnessed, laughing as their belongings soared into the blue skies.

The video, which was posted to YouTube the same day of the flyover took place, has since gone viral and garnered over 5.5 million views, eliciting joy from those who were not fortunate enough to witness history in person.

"MERICA!!!" one commenter exclaimed. "Wish I was there! That looked amazing!" added another. "Epic. Glad people seemed to enjoy this, I am surprised they weren't booing like you might expect these days," a third person said while slyly knocking today’s outrage culture.

For putting on the Most American Flyover of all time, we are proud to name the Blue Angels a Free Beacon Man of the Year.
