Jimmy Kimmel cautioned Tuesday night on his show that President Obama’s optimism about the current state of our nation’s affairs is actually quite harrowing.
"President Obama," Kimmel joked, "said he was hopeful an agreement [a deal to end the shutdown] would be reached tonight…then again, he was also hopeful the Obamacare website would work and that isn’t really happening."
