A woman is suing CBS Radio in New York City after employees welcomed the woman to the office by yelling "Obama!"
The lawsuit stems from a woman claiming she was frequently harassed and intimidated, TMZ reported.
The woman claims that after she asked her supervisor a question, he responded, "I'd shoot this bitch if I had a gun."
Later, the woman said she was "confused and scared" after overhearing the supervisor further yell, "Chicago Double tags, bitch!"
According to the lawsuit, the woman was nearby when two male supervisors described a massage one of the managers had received.
"'Rub-n-tugs' are the best," a manager said in earshot of the woman.
The plaintiff, who was fired, complained that CBS Radio was a fraternity house environment. CBS Radio fired the woman for being late to work.
"This claim is without merit," CBS Radio told TMZ.
