I like my sports the same way I like my women: fast and violent. Which doesn't leave much room for baseball.
Leave it to Sports Illustrated, though, to pique my interest in the upcoming MLB playoffs.
Remember how Kate Upton has broken through more more glass ceilings than Hill-Rod?

In a clever bit of marketing, SI called in Kate on only three days rest to pose for a shoot with B.J. and Justin Upton of the NL East champ Atlanta Braves.
It's funny because they are all named Upton!
B.J. Upton is probably the first guy to seem unimpressed by Kate's charms. Or maybe he's trying to neg her.
Nike's "Can’t Hit On Me" shirts don't look nearly as tacky when they're worn by Kate.
She has a gun for an arm. Maybe the Nats can replace Dan Haren with her?
The Mets' David Wright isn't photo bombing; he's calling for help.
