BEASTMODE: GOP Senator Says Matt Gaetz Was Known for Boasts About ‘ED Medicine’ and Sex Prowess

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R., Fla.), the "Squad"-aligned congressman who led this week's successful effort to remove House speaker Kevin McCarthy (R., Calif.), is not a serious person. One of Gaetz's former colleagues, Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R., Okla.) explained why in a Wednesday interview with CNN.

"This is a guy that the media didn't give the time of day to after he was accused of sleeping with an underage girl," Mullin said. "There's a reason why no one in the [Republican] conference came and defended him, because we had all seen the videos he was showing on the House floor ... of the girls that he had slept with. He bragged about how he would crush [erectile disfunction] medicine and chase it with energy drinks so he could go all night."

Gaetz, who is frequently spotted cavorting with radical left-wing Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) and Ilhan Omar (D., Minn.), was investigated in 2021 for allegedly violating federal sex trafficking laws. The case was closed in February, when prosecutors concluded they did not have enough evidence to bring charges.

In response to Mullin's takedown, Gaetz told CNN: "This is a lie from someone who doesn't know me and who is coping with the death of the political career of his friend Kevin."
