Reporting on the ground at the G-20 summit on Thursday, MSNBC played host to expletive-laced commentary from one German protester who insulted President Donald Trump and said that politicians were just there to "talk a little bit of shit."
Marcus, a Hamburg, Germany local, was interviewed as a protester at the meeting of the G-20 meeting set to begin Friday in his city, Mediaite reports.
MSNBC's Keir Simmons interviewed Marcus live and asked him about Trump.
"I think he's jelly, and in his head is only a vacuum. That's all," Marcus said of Trump.
"Do you think a protest like this has an effect?" Simmons asked.
"I hope it [does]," Marcus said. "But all big politicals, they all have own mind [sic]. So they do anything."
"Get together, talk a little bit [of] shit, and that's it," he added.
Simmons laughed off the curse.
"It's live television, so we can't help, we have to just apologize for a little bit of an expletive there," he said.
Marcus is one of many protesters expected at the G-20 meeting. Over 20,000 police are present at the protest, and local shops are closed and boarded up.
