Kredo Says Many Charges Could Be Coming Against Platte River Networks

Washington Free Beacon senior writer Adam Kredo said Tuesday he believes many charges could be coming against Platte River Networks, the company that hosted Hillary Clinton's private email server.

Kredo appeared on "Tipping Point" with host Liz Wheeler and said that he believes the tech company could be in greater legal trouble.

Platte River Networks has been subpoenaed by Congress to turn over documents related to the Clinton email investigation. The Denver-based IT management company's refusal to comply has prompted Congress to refer the case to the Department of Justice for potential obstruction of justice.

"I think there are other criminal charges here pending that could be applied to the situation," Kredo said.

Kredo pointed out that whenever Platte River Networks is contacted to comment on the cases involving it, the company refers all questions to its lawyers.
