On Live With Tamron Hall on MSNBC Friday, Tamron Hall spoke about how supporters of Hillary Clinton have taken to social media for their strong reactions to the recent call from the New York Times for Clinton to release her Wall Street transcripts.
While reading through her twitter feed live on air, Tamron Hall described the intense responses by Clinton supporters when the subject of releasing the transcripts comes up.
"I cannot even repeat some of the toxic language being directed the minute you bring up whether or not Hillary Clinton should release her transcripts," she said.
She continued, "people can say it’s the media who’s pushing this, but you have Senator Bernie Sanders who is asking that she release this information."
She is referring to Sanders accepting Clinton’s response to this saying that if she has to release transcripts, then so does everyone else.
Hall continued to describe the reactions of Clinton supporters.
"Clinton supporters on social media, this 30, 40 minutes we’ve been on air, have been absolutely-- incredible in their reaction," Hall said.
Clinton has been pressed repeatedly on the subject over the course of the campaign, with charges from the left flank of the Democratic Party that she's too cozy with Wall Street.
