Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D., Md.) claimed that in a 10-year window on Medicare, the president's budget had more savings than that of Rep. Paul Ryan (R., Wi.), but Rep. Tom Cole (R., Okla.) disagreed on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" Wednesday.
"My good friend is trying to use cuts we already have again," Cole said.
