Braley's '4 Word' Plan is Actually a 5-Syllable Word

October 10, 2014

Congressman Bruce Braley (D., Iowa) revealed a revolutionary "four-word" plan for workforce development in Iowa's manufacturing sector on Friday.

Only problem is: it's one word, and there are five syllables.

"I have four words for you that I think are key to workforce development for manufacturers," Braley said. "And those four words are 'col-lab-or-ation.'"

Braley's plan may not have the intended effect of boosting his sagging poll numbers, given the sense he cannot tell the difference between words and syllables, or count.
