Hillary Clinton failed to name one "marquee achievement" she accomplished during her time as United States Secretary of State.
"People say ‘where is the marquee achievement?’ No sweeping agreements, no signature doctrine,’" ABC's Diane Sawyer said.
Clinton, clearly uncomfortable and taken aback by the question, did not answer Sawyer’s question about her own achievements, and instead chose to comment on past presidents’ activities.
She told Sawyer, "We haven’t had a doctrine since containment worked with the Soviet Union, but we’ve had presidents who’ve made some tough calls, some hard choices- some of which have worked, some of which have not…."
